Normally, employees can apply for leave only on days that they are scheduled to work, as indicated in their Regular Hours. This feature allows employees to apply for leave on any day — even on weekends and public holidays. This is especially useful for businesses that have non-fixed schedules and operate on weekends and public holidays, as it enables such businesses to record leave, and their employees to request leave, on any day.
Please note: To enable this Leave any day feature, you need to contact our Support Team.
- Once the feature is enabled, go to Employees, and click on an employee’s name.
- Click on Edit Info > Regular Hours.
- Check the Allow leave on any day box, and capture the effective date.
- Click Save.
