Here’s a round-up of some exciting new features that we’ve recently introduced, designed to elevate your payroll experience.
Account Dashboard
Keeping up with many different companies can be daunting. Our software now offers real-time insights into the collective data of your accounts. This feature gives you a clear and concise overview of information such as the number of companies in your profile, the number of employees across all companies in your profile, and more. This feature gives you the flexibility to make informed decisions quickly, backed by accurate and relevant data. We’re happy to share that we’ve already received feedback from customers about how much time this saves!
Reminder Functionality Update
We’ve added the option to be reminded on the day of important employee events. This improvement is based on your feedback, aiming to provide an improved experience when it comes to remembering those special dates.
Adding Templates in Bulk
To simplify payroll even further, we’ve updated our Bulk Actions functionality to allow templates to be added in bulk. You can find our step-by-step guide on how to do this on our help page here.
Adding Leave Expiry to Payslips
This feature allows you to display expiring leave on payslips. We’ve implemented this functionality to allow employees to know in advance how much leave they have that is due to expire within the next 6 months. To set this up, please take a look at our help page here.
Bulk Download of Termination Certificates
Our bulk download of termination certificates now makes it easier than ever to download certificates of terminated employees. This was added to our system to help payroll admins download UI-19s easily.
Basic Cost to Company Information
Having cost to company information readily available has been a much-requested feature and we are pleased to announce that we’ve implemented this functionality. This information is easily accessible through our Transaction History Reports, under the “Summary” heading. You can read more about the specific inclusions on our FAQ help page here.
