Open Invite to SimplePay’s Leave Webinars

In October 2021, SimplePay launched a webinar series with the idea that webinars would be a useful addition to our current range of support tools. Episodes 1 and 2 of this Leave Series was piloted exclusively to a select group of industry partners. We were delighted to receive the feedback we did and would like to thank everyone for their involvement. We relied on these attendees’ feedback to improve an offering we’re now proud to present to all of our customers and we’d love for you to join us for Episode 3 and Episode 4 of our Leave Series!
While all four episodes focus on Leave on SimplePay, don’t be deterred from attending just because you missed Episode 1 and 2! We’ve structured the series so that you need not necessarily have attended the previous episodes to learn something new.
For those that are interested:
- Episode 1 explored leave entitlements. We covered BCEA minimums, while demonstrating setting up and customising leave entitlement policies on SimplePay. This episode was recorded and can be viewed here.
- Episode 2 focused on the different ways in which leave is recorded on SimplePay. We also looked at the Leave Activity screen and demonstrated editing leave types and creating new leave types on SimplePay. This episode was recorded and can be viewed here.
In Episode 3, the team will focus on leave reports, leave paid out, leave adjustments and leave take-on balances. This webinar will be held on Thursday, 3 February at 10h00 (GMT+2).
Episode 4 will be the final instalment of our pilot webinar series and will focus exclusively on self-service. We’ll explore leave approval groups, leave admin settings, leave submissions and approvals and we’ll also take a look at the Leave Overview Calendar. This webinar will be held on Thursday, 24 February at 10h00 (GMT+2).
