At SimplePay, we’re always looking for new ways to reach and interact with you, our valued customer. SimplePay’s Customer Success team was recently established to engage with our customers in more proactive ways. Part of the team’s responsibilities entails dreaming up new and different ideas of providing our customers with a product and service they truly value. With this in mind and in an effort to expand the ways in which we provide our customers with support, we recently hosted a pilot webinar as the first installation of a multi-part series focusing on all aspects relating to leave. Based on the positive participant feedback we’ve received thus far, webinars certainly seem like they will add value to our customers’ experience and we look forward to adding webinars to our arsenal of support tools.
There’s nothing worse than attending a rote, monotonous lecture presented by a disinterested presenter so we decided to switch things up a bit and try to keep things as engaging and interactive as possible, leveraging off of polls and Q&A throughout the session. It’s anticipated that every webinar we present going forward will be recorded and later added onto our website for future reference whilst still allowing attendees the option to join and participate during the live event. We’ve already received great suggestions on which topics we should focus on covering in the future and we envisage having a calendar with upcoming webinars that participants can sign up for in advance. We’re also hoping to use webinars to engage with potential new customers so we look forward to hosting sessions that are broader in nature to showcase the SimplePay system.
